  6. Two green chilies - finely chopped
  7. Salt per taste
  8. 1 tblsp lime juice
  9. 1/4 tblsp sugar
  10. One egg and oil for frying

Process:
  1. Microwave green peas, corn and carrots for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix together mashed potatoes, microwaved veggies, green chilies, coriander, salt, lime juice and sugar.

  5. Beat the egg in a small bowl.
  6. Dip the tikki in the egg and place it on the pan.
