Dahi Kachumber (Yogurt Salad) and a give away hosted by Cool Lassi(e)...

Dahi Kachumber is one of the favorites at our home... It goes along with almost everything, biryani, pulao, khichdi, naan etc etc and the best part is that it is very easy to make...

Ingredients:

1. One small onion, finely chopped
2. One medium tomato, finely chopped
3. A bunch of fresh corriander, finely chopped
4. Three small green chilies, finely chopped
5. Two tbsp sugar
6. Salt to taste
7. One and a half cup Yogurt

Process:

Mix all of the ingredients listed above and serve cold...
